EZEHAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of the ezehay Wall-Mounted Horse Hay Feeding System ("Product") by ezehay Limited ("Manufacturer" or "Seller") to individual buyers ("Buyer" or "Customer"). By purchasing the Product, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Manufacturer" or "Seller" – ezehay Limited, the legal owner and producer of the Product.

"Buyer" or "Customer" – Any individual purchasing the Product for personal use.

"Product" – The wall-mounted horse hay feeding system, including its steel frame, folding mechanism, hay net, and wall-mounted catch system.

"Intellectual Property (IP) Rights" – Includes design patents, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary mechanisms, and trade secrets, both registered and unregistered, in the UK, EU, and other jurisdictions.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, receiving, or using the Product, the Buyer agrees to these Terms. If the Buyer does not accept these Terms, they must not proceed with the purchase.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-IMITATION

3.1 Acknowledgment of Intellectual Property Protection

The Buyer acknowledges that the Product is fully protected under UK and EU Intellectual Property laws.

3.2 Prohibited Actions

The Buyer agrees not to:

Manufacture, develop, or produce any products that are identical or substantially similar to the Product.

Reverse engineer, modify, copy, or reproduce any part of the Product.

Register, market, or distribute a competing or derivative product.

3.3 Consequences of Breach

If the Buyer breaches these Terms, the Manufacturer may:

Take legal action, including seeking financial damages and recovering legal costs.

Blacklist the Buyer from future purchases.

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders must be placed via ezehay.com.

Prices may change without notice.

Full payment is required before shipment.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

The Manufacturer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

If the Product arrives damaged, the Buyer must report it within 48 hours, providing photos.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the Product is unused, unsoiled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect.

7. WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIABILITY

The Manufacturer offers a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

The Manufacturer is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from improper use of the Product.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by UK law.

Any disputes will be resolved through a recognised arbitration system in the UK.

The Buyer waives the right to file a class action lawsuit against the Manufacturer.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Manufacturer is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The Manufacturer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on ezehay.com, and continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
