Delivery

At ezehay, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: £9.99 (unless we’re running a free shipping promotion)
    We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 days after dispatch.

  • Priority Delivery: £15.99 (unless we’re running a shipping promotion)
    With priority delivery, we’ll dispatch your order within 3-4 working days, and you can expect it to arrive within 1-3 days after dispatch.

Please Note: During busy periods, such as Christmas, dispatch times may be extended by up to 5 working days, but we’ll do our very best to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any amendments, so please double-check your details before completing your purchase!

Returns

We believe you’re going to love your ezehay, but if you do need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:

  • 14-Day Returns Policy:
    You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return your item if it’s not right for you. After 14 days, we can’t offer a refund unless the product is faulty.

  • Returns for Unwanted Items:
    We currently do not offer free returns for unwanted items, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning your product. For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable, signed-for delivery service, and consider insuring the return for the full value of the product.

  • Condition of Returns:
    To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned unused, unsoiled, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your purchase. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed once we’ve received your returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds before receiving the goods.

  • Returns Made After 14 Days:
    Items returned after the 14-day period or goods that are soiled or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
