At ezehay, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our products are constructed from high-quality steel, making them substantial in both size and weight. As a result, our delivery charges reflect the costs associated with ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable shipping.

Standard Delivery:

Small items: £1.99

Replacement nets: £5.99

ezehay Feeder:

  • 1 ezehay feeder: £15.99

  • 2 ezehay feeders: £25.99

  • 3 or more ezehay feeders: £29.99

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 working days.

Standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch.

During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), dispatch times may be extended by up to 5 additional working days.

Once an order has been processed, amendments cannot be made—please verify your details before completing your purchase.We are committed to delivering your order as swiftly and securely as possible.

Returns

We believe you’re going to love your ezehay, but if you do need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:

  • 14-Day Returns Policy:
    You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return your item if it’s not right for you. After 14 days, we can’t offer a refund unless the product is faulty.

  • Returns for Unwanted Items:
    We currently do not offer free returns for unwanted items, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning your product. For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable, signed-for delivery service, and consider insuring the return for the full value of the product.

  • Condition of Returns:
    To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned unused, unsoiled, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your purchase. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed once we’ve received your returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds before receiving the goods.

  • Returns Made After 14 Days:
    Items returned after the 14-day period or goods that are soiled or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
